We welcome all those who are willing to spend a little more time in the Bug and Narew rivers area. Especially for nature lovers who are interested in rural life and culinary traditions, we have prepared a package that will allow you to get to know four different farms from our network, in a weekly adventure full of home made pierogi (dumplings), cheese, bread baking, traditional cakes and other attractions.

A TASTY WEEK IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Day I

Arrival to the agrotourism home of Ewa Mitowska in Seroczyn   link >>
- visit of the place and the souvenirs gallery
- tea, coffee, cake
- cooking and having lunch together
- learning how to make the very traditional Sekacz cake (made over the fire with minimum 30 eggs)
- traditional paper flowers making workshop
- dinner
- walk in the village
- overnight

Day II

- breakfast
- drive to the organic farm of Ma?gorzata and Tadeusz  D?browski in Ho?owienki  link >>
- meeting the farmers, welcome tea, coffee, cake
- visit of the farm
- cooking and having lunch together
- preparing the bread that will be baked tomorrow (no yeast, organic flour, water, sour flour)
- talks about the bread traditions
- dinner
- drive back for night in Seroczyn

Day III

- breakfast
- drive to Ho?owienki
- making the bread
- coffee and local legends
- cooking and having lunch together
- baking the bread
- dinner and back to Seroczyn

Day IV

- breakfast
- drive to the farm of Marianna Ku?ma „On the Hill” in Grodzisk   link >>
- welcome  coffee break, visiting the farm
- cheese making workshop
- lunch
- visiting the area
- dinner

Day V

- breakfast
- meeting the owners, visiting the surroundings
-  fishing –two possibilities:
a)    in the  Bug river /fishing permit and card needed/  
b)    in the lake  /no permit required/
- lunch
- fishing
- dinner
- preparing the fish for smoking
- overnight

Day VI

- breakfast
- smoking the fish
- lunch
- walks in the forest, row boat or swimming in the lake
- dinner
- overnight

Day VII

- breakfast
- departure

A tasty week in the countryside 1000 z? per person. The package includes:  
6 nights in double rooms, 6 breakfasts, lunch and dinners and a coffee breaks/snacks, attractions and activities as indicated  in the program, Workshop materials.
